I bought this lotion as I want to try all Organic for my body. The scent was amazing! However, the handle broke off in shipping so I was not able to use the bottle. Regardless of that I did try what lotion I could get out of the bottle at least one time to see I’m how it worked. Unfortunately it was not any more moisturizing than any grocery store brand I have tried. I had to apply a couple time just to not have itching dry skin. This may work for others just did not work for me unfortunately. Still looking!

I love this product! I first purchased in a body shop in Stowe Vt. When I saw I could order through Amazon I was thrilled. The smell of this product is just lovely and I use the lotion on my skin and arms every morning and night to protect from sun drying! I am 63 and allergic to sulfa drugs and this lotion has proven to give me smooth skin without any irritation. Please keep making this product!!

This not only smells (creme brulee) heavenly but its rich and thick. I pamper my skin heavily and I am extremely anal about it, so this body creme meets all of my standards and exceeds them. Its rich and creamy and a small amount goes a long way. Its so thick that you have to rub it well into your skin. After a couple of good rubs your skin is supple and hydrated. At times I don't even put on any splashes or perfume and folks always asking me "what is that your wearing?". All of this and its also PLANT BASED. How awesome is that. Yes it's not cheap, but believe me, for how it makes your skin feel and smell, it's worth every pretty penny.

Love this product, unfortunately this is the second bottle that I’ve received within 2 weeks that either the top is broken off or it didn’t come with a top pump at all. Quality control needs to step up. This was a gift for my fiancé, I’m disappointed.

Don't like writing negatives. But sometimes, potential customers need to be warned. Original product was perfect, luxurious and had the right amount of essential oils. Purchased original Sandalwood lotion about 1 1/2 years ago. It was luxurious. When applied, it smelled wonderful and lasted throughout the day. When I hugged people they always commented on how good it smelled.When that ran out, purchased another bottle. Quality and smell were half of the original, I'd guess. I used it up anyway, just in case it was a bad batch, and then reordered a third bottle. It was of even LESSER quality!Theses guys have a bad business model: Produce an excellent, premium product, lure the customer in, then raise the price, change the quality of the lotion, and reduce added essential oils to save as much money producing it, while charging a premium price. Let's start boycotting all companies with this kind of rip-off policy that steals all of the value from the customer in order to increase their profit margin.

This is a very thick lotion! You really have to rub it in but it makes it more relaxing. Then the smell isn’t too overpowering! My skin doesn’t react well with lotions that have too many chemicals in them. When I tried this my skin didn’t react but got better!

I love this lotion. I bought the creme brûlée scent.It had no water in the ingredients which is what I was looking for. It leaves your skin silky. The scent was nice but a little too sweet for me but I still like it.

This product is amazing- not greasy but smooth and right texture. Very moisturizing. Love the creme brûlée scent . Most important is that it is a clean product and recommended by my daughter.

I ordered the crème brûlée lotion by Basd and absolutely loved the smell and the consistency of the lotion. I won’t run out for a long time because a little goes a long way, also the dispenser is designed to put out a small amount so you don’t end up wasting it because you squeeze out more than you needed. Someone mentioned in the reviews that it leaves a putrid smell after wearing it for a few hours but that isn’t the case with me, it maintains a consistent dessert like smell that lingers softly which is a bonus because you don’t have to wear perfume and the smell is absolutely mood lifting. I absolutely love the fact that this is plant based and most importantly cruelty free which means everything to me because I love animals and care very much about their well-being.I hope Basd comes out with more dessert like scents...Lemon and Cream would be incredible! Hint! Hint! ;)

Wowee, this is the best smelling lotion I’ve found yet.I’ve purchased the sandalwood scent, and it makes me smell and feel like a Goddess.It’s super hydrating as well, so I feel the smell is amazing along with the wonderful moisturizing aspects. (Along with no added nasty chemicals)I typically rotate different random lotions but this one I will have me coming back.I do wish it was a pump style bottle but I love this lotion so much it’s earned it’s full 5 stars.

Absolutely love the smell. Makes my skin soft and lasts.Though, it's not your typical sandalwood oil smell.No body product is. So if you're going for that specific scent, just buy the oil.Definitely buying again

Nice strong scent when applied. It absorbs well and is not greasy. The scent fades with time and doesn’t linger. It’s a very masculine smell and it seems to wear well and is mot offensive when worn to a gym. It’s good. My only gripe is the longevity of the scent is poor when compared to a cologne.

This product makes me skin even more dry after using it and washing my hands later. The areas of my body I used it were itchy, dry and didn't feel great as compared to other lotions I have used in the past not from this brand. I don't know if I am allergic or there is something I am sensitive to but it sucks because this lotion was expensive only for it to be unusable. I was happy the ingredients were so clean (referencing using the Think Dirty app) but unfortunately just wasn't for me. I feel the creme brulee scent isn't just spot on as well because sometimes it can smell a little tangy/fruity over the warm vanilla smell but it isn't the worst.
