Sunline D.Y. TOY Weazel Ball Playful Weasel

I want the model has to be taken apart to start. The last 2 we got as replacements had a start button on the outside and the dog keeps stopping it.

Need to find the weazel ball with the on/off button on the outside...push button. Please advise if this needs to be opened up to be turned on?

Does it still move if the weasel comes off?
