Bought this phone for a relative and they love it.They're used to the old school phones so it took a bit of getting used to but only as they're not confident with technology however they got the hang of it very quicklyIt's a good size phone and has a decent camera to get average photos withColours are nice and the battery lasts a good amount of time - i.e a day with standard usage. if you're using it for video calls etc and the screen is always on then it won't last as longcan't complain and happy with the purchase!

All phones seem to be getting bigger but I decided to buy the Samsung A12 as my A3 at 3.1/2 years old was struggling with internal memory and battery. Yes it's difficult to fit in all pockets but I am pleased with the performance and it is easy to use.The battery does take a couple of hours to charge using the charger provided but it does take 4 or 5 hours to charge using a USB port in a wall socket. Battery lasts over 3 days, which I'm pleased with, I just hope it continues to do so. Happy with the price and seems to work very well, still getting used to the size though. One thing I do miss is that the always on display time feature does not appear to be available on the A12. I do like the wide angle lens option, it gives an "estate agent" style picture from a short distance. Would recommend but be aware it does not easily fit into all pockets.

Although the initial setting up was easy to follow on the screen, I even managed to work out the smart switch from my old Samsung. I just struggled with moving my whats app numbers and past conversations and my daughter sorted it for me. Basically it was easy to do, but at 74 I'm not as savvy as I might be. Lovely clear screen, love the fingerprint recognition, so useful. The only gripe is it is much heavier than my S4 but has so many more features to compensate and was very good value allowing me to buy it outright.

This arrived on time and was easy to set up and transfer info from my old phone. I honesty don't know what people are complaining about, I'm in the UK and can't find anything wrong with it. I did hesitate over buying this phone due to the other reviews, some people must be on another planet and I'm glad I took no notice in the end.The phone is a little bit bigger than the A10, not much difference, this is a new phone and came in a Samsung box, which was sealed.Its quick and has a lot of memory, great for videos and pictures. Other apps work really well.Great phone for the price, no complaints here 👌

The samsung A12 is easy to use, it has a great sized big screen. And is excellent for games. Also the battery lasts for days. The options and samsung personnal apps are a bonus and something my last phone didnt have. Well worth the money to invest in a product name that is built well and feels solid, and responds straight away to your command. Colours are very sharp and full. Very pleased with this, and i believe that samsung are top brand at the moment, as a manufacturer. I also have surrond sound samsung 5.1 system, excellent and just need to complete it all with samsung tv.

Positives about the phone:-Camera quality: the camera quality is amazing considering the price point-battery life: lasts a good 3 days when used in moderation, over 12h when constantly browsing socials and around 8 or 6 when playing higher quality games-fingerprint scanner: quite effective, quick-responsive and easy to navigateNegatives:-there is some heat when the phone is used for a bit longer.-when the screen is darkening or lighting up after being left without input for a while there is some type of a weird pixel glitch, I'm not sure if my device is faulty or if this is something commonly experienced but while it can be a bit annoying sometimes it is not a huge deal for me.

Prima Handy, tut alles was nötig, und mehr- bekonmme lediglich keine vernünftigen Farben in die App-Symbole.Arbeite nicht mit Gesichtserkennung da ich denke dass es wenig Zweck hat in der Maskenzeit.Der Touchscreen ist sehr Empfindlich (fette Finger etc.) jedoch ansonsten OK.
