It’s cheap, makes great coffee, easy to use, very efficient and the seller communicate fast once you bought he will reply when you should receve it and everything! I do recommend this coffe machine it’s a cheap and great for low budgets!!

Bought this one after returning another that was supposed to be superior and was more expensive.It's pretty consistent with temperature, I've noticed a couple of times where it's slightly overheated and sometimes the steam pressure can be a bit low, on mine the knob for the steam is a bit loose, Bonsen did offer a refund, but I like it too much to return.Overall it's well designed and made out of pretty sturdy materials. The metal bits are thick, heavy and seem good grade, except perhaps for the coffee basket, but I have plenty of others from previous dead machines that fit. The plastics used are nice, the top cup warmer is metal and works, most importantly it produces good coffee, however I have found with practice you get better foam without the aerator on the steam wand.

Perfect little coffee maker but make sure your cups are no bigger than 8.5 cm or they wont fit under.Ive had the machine a day now and have found that it leaks from the water bottle seat . The problem seems to be that there is no ridge on the shelf the bottle sits on .

It’s a nice(ish) and reasonably good looking machine, given its price range.The instructions for use have (presumably) been computer translated, so the spelling and grammar are awkward to understand. I found myself reading through several times before fully comprehending the various steps.The buttons can be fiddly and unresponsive and may take a few presses to get the right selection choice for either steam or coffee making.The steam wand is a little too short and I would highly recommend using an empty jug to collect the water that squirts out of the wand before the steam arrives, no matter what the instructions say about turning the steam button slowly. The steam does not even start to release until way later the halfway point.Perhaps it is my unit, but it takes a fair amount of time for the milk to reach the correct temperature?All in all, it isn’t a bad little machine for the price and does make a nice enough coffee for a decent cappuccino or latte. If you drink these drinks regularly, it’ll save you a considerable amount of money over time, compared to a daily shop purchase.Personally I’d recommend spending the extra money for a better machine by considering moving to the £150 - £250 range. This is what I’ll be doing on my next purchase.

Had this a week and it's going back. There are so many issues with this, most of which can be overlooked as it is possible to make a decent coffee and capuchino with it, but the reason I'm sending it back is that the water tank leaks all over the place. I see lots of other reviews saying they have the same issue with this, but I didn't see that when I bought it.If you are going to buy this then these are what you need to know:The intructions are absolute pants. They make no sense, contradict themselves, and just give wrong information.The steamer spout isn't long enough, and spits out about 40ml of water before you get any steam, so use a cup to gather that first then put the milk jug under it.You need to run a full cup of water through it without coffee first, otherwise the coffee it makes will taste like crap.The rubber seal where the water jug connects to the machine is really badly designed. The connecting tube isn't long enough, so there's a really good chance that this will leak for you. Poor design all round.Lastly, the manufacturer is not contactable. Even Amazon customer service tried to get a hold of them for me, and couldn't.Buy the Amazon Basics coffee machine, it's cheaper, doesn't leak, and makes a decent coffee. I got one from the Amazon Warehouse for under £50, so it was even cheaper than this.

Bought this for my girlfriend on our anniversary and she absolutely loved the product. Despite it being her first coffee machine, she found it very easy to make her morning coffees. The features such as the milk frothier are a nice touch and does the job really well. It's a shame it does not come with a jug for the milk, however they can easily be bought from another seller for quite cheap

My old espresso machine finally went boots up after many years of faithful service. I didn’t have much of a budget for a new one. This was the cheapest one I could find.Compared to my previous machine it’s a bit pants. Looks the part but is flimsy and light feeling. I’m pretty sure it won’t last long.Buttons are rubbish. Sometimes they work, sometimes you have to press them a few times to get them to work.Brews coffee ok (not strong enough for me or my husband, but we do like a stronger cup)Milk steaming/frothing is awful. Takes ages to get it up to temp and doesn’t froth very well. Takes so long that the milk ends up watery.Instructions were dire. Luckily owning a previous espresso machine we had an idea how to work it as most work in a similar way, but it still took us a while to work it out due to the dodgy buttons and almost non existent instructions.We are going to stick with it for now, but I’d advise anyone looking to buy one of these to spend a few more ££ and go for a a better model. I wish I had.

I buy this for my mom's birthday and i am so happy. It works verry well and easy to use. This was my first try, i usual don't drink coffe but i think from now i will start to. For People like me which are not verry pasionate about the coffe stuff, is verry good. My mom will loves it 🥰
