I had two of these for months now and they've worked as promised! I use cotton balls to clean the wax. I leave the warmer on for this so the wax is soft and absorbable by the cotton balls. I only need to cotton balls for one cube of wax. It's great I hope this warmer lasts for years to come. I love them!

It is a gift for Christmas.

While I love the design it does not put out a lot of smell. We have another warmer and use the same wax melts and can smell that one through the whole house.This one only makes the scents smell within a foot of the warmer.
