After using panty liners for years, these are AWESOME in contrast.These are the smallest ones, because I do not have 'mishaps' every day, and when I do it's very, very little. Make sure you choose the correct size.They completely neutralize any odor, which is great. Also, the pad is slightly curved, instead of totally flat like a regular liner.Also, the individual wrapper doesn't look any different than regular panty liner wrapper - because let's all admit that we'd like to keep our 'issue' private, even from friends. Neither the outer or inner packaging have BLADDER CONTROL written in large, obvious font. It's why I won't buy other brands.Bonus feature - when it hits 100°+ in summer, you needn't worry about sweating. It's absorbed.Definitely get these:)
