Jetboil Zip Blue Stream

Jetboil is great. Love this product, bought it as a gift for someone. Only problem i had was that the package arrived completely torn open. Not sure if they just threw a returned jetboil into a box and mailed it to me.

I usually love jet boil. I bought this one off amazon and luckily checked it out on a non-multiday hike camping trip. The flame would not stay lit when I put the pot on top of it. I realized that the only way to keep the propane flowing was to hold the +/- nob down while I boiled water. I tried this jet boil with two different propane bottles and it would not stay lit. I them tried it with a different pot and it would not stay lit. I had to buy a new jet boil at REI and I can't return this item now. I am very surprised that this product was not reliable. It must have been damaged with shipping. Just a reminder to test stuff right when you get it.

I do like this stove, but the product description is wrong. It does not have any ignition switch. It must be lit with matches or a lighter.

It works exactly as described, it's lightweight and packs into itself as long as you have the small fuel canister. That being said I didn't realize that the fuel wasn't included and had to rush out to find before a trip.

LOVE this little guy! Light enough for backpacking and packing in for a long hunt. Nesting the fuel and burner inside is awesome for saving space, you can even hide a lighter in side too. Compact and super efficient.

Overpriced but works well.

Love this. It's the perfect back packing item.
