Very easy to use and has the shimano locking ring as a bounds

Let’s not beat around the bush, this is cheap but fine for occasional use. If you’re expecting something that’s commercial quality or something that’ll survive constant use then you’re looking in the wrong price bracket. For less than £10 is perfectly functional for a couple of uses.

On first usage the product handle bent and the chain snap broke off. Very poor quality steel used and product is not fit for purpose

I actually ended up talking my wheel to a bike shop to get it loosened. The reason is because my wrench, which it seems obviously wasn't very good, snapped trying to turn the cassette key that was supplied with this. Everything supplied seemed to work well enough and I did use the cassette key to tighten the cassette back on Chain whip seems fine and I had all my weight on it. Honestly for the price I can't complain about this. If you don't have one maybe a large socket set piece would be useful to go over the bolt which is about 26mm (I've not measured this so please check with the supplier)

The product arrived broken.

The product I received looked like it may have been used, either that or the thick oil on the chain had gotten all over the rest of it. Either way it's not a big deal and it worked great for swapping the cassette on my bike. No quality issues here but I could see the minimal grip being an issue with stubborn cassettes

The tool did not arrive with the socket to undo the cassette. The chain broke away from the handle on first use. Was not up to the job. Spent half an hour reattaching the chain to the handle using a split link!
