Great idea
Had to get this for work because our headsets didn’t come with a mute button so members would hear is coughing or taking a drink when we would answer the phone. An amazing item

Low Quality.
product is poorly made. It is a small diameter cable with only 2 wires, I can not place it in the phone for added security to protect the clip.. It is also a very small coiled section with no weight to stay anywhere you place it on the desk.I was looking for a flat wire, made with quality..When I spoke with support on the issue I was not given any other options for this cable..Not happy with the fact that this is an "all or none" situation.

Worked less than 2 months!!
Haven't even had for 2 months and has stopped working!! Worked fine until then. Return window passed on Mar 2, 2021. Need for work and now useless!!! Would have given 5 Stars if was able to return or get one that works!! Giving a 1 star but would give 0 because out the money!!!
