This has been a good vacuum for our family. It was easy to put together. It’s nice and light, and the attachments are easy to switch out, so my wife and kids and I can all use it without any hassle. It has decent suction on the regular setting, and the turbo setting is very strong. Understandably, using a lot of turbo really shortens the battery life. I’ve used this to vacuum out my car, the stairs, and a couple of other small jobs and it works well for those as well as doing the whole house. I have a 2-story, 2,000 sq ft house and it can do one floor on a single charge.

This vacuum is lightweight and does so well! I keep my floors regularly vacuumed, and I didn't expect it to pick up much on my first pass. You can see from the picture that after five minutes, it picked up a ton of dust and debris that my old vacuum left behind. The small attachment is also perfect for sucking up spiders. We get so many!Overall a great cordless vacuum! The initial setup was easy, and it came with a variety of accessories for different vacuuming needs. Performance-wise, it’s very quiet and smooth, with a great turn radius. I vacuum so much more often. Removing the cord has made all the difference. I need to figure out where to mount the charging station on a wall that’s convenient (and how to keep all the attachments together) - but otherwise, no complaints so far!

This vac lives up to its 4.5 star average rating. Lightweight, good battery, easy to use. And I love the dust sensor that tells you when you are picking up stuff. And great for car with attachments. On the other hand, it needs cleaning at least weekly, or when the indicator light is solid red, or when the sensor is not indicating dirt. It is fairly easy to clean--I disassemble it, take it outside, use my small shopvac blower to blow out the dust from the cannister, filter and brushes. Just stand upwind when you clean it otherwise you will get a cloud of dust in your face. Replaced the HEPA filter but had some difficulty finding the right size on Amazon. Ended up ordering it directly from Tineco.

I own a vacation rental cleaning company and I consider myself pretty knowledgeable on vacuums. I've tried all brands and have read good reviews on Tineco, and maybe it's just this specific model, but it's pretty terrible. For hair, pretty good, but the suction for kitchen crumbs or similar is non existent. If you put your hand to the base when it's on the standard suction you will feel that it doesnt exist. It's just spinning the bar. So when you vacuum, let's say, stairs, you get to the bottom stair and lift the vaccuum- everything spits back at you making your job even harder.The next issue is you can't see how much battery life you have. I've downloaded the app hoping that would help and even it isn't user friendly. This is really important to me as I'm hoping it just doesn't die mid clean.I missed my return window on this vaccum trying to give it a really good shot but it's pretty bad. I've had better vaccuums that cost a fraction of the price.

The vacuum is very light and portable. It's easy to use around the house or car using the extra accessories included. There are 2 suction settings and the MAX setting gets the job done on rugs and carpets. The battery doesn't last long with MAX setting but good product overall.

I’ve had this vacuum for a year now and I’m very disappointed in the suction power. I have to have it in high mode to get almost everything which then drains the battery. I clean my filter regularly and dump the canister after every use. If I could go back in time, I would not buy this vacuum.

I bought this in June of 2022 and 10 months later it …. doesn’t keep a charge, you can’t find replacement parts for it such as a replacement canister, etc. and if you do because believe me we have, parts are on back order or out of stock indefinitely. I clean my vacuum regularly always empty the canister, clean the bristles on the brush heads, clean/replace filters. I loved this vacuum for the first 8-9 months but I can’t say I’m happy with it now.

Absolutely obsessed with this product! It’s super light weight, great suction, and battery life is amazing. I have a dog, a toddler and a messy husband and this vacuum does wonders for both carpet and hard wood. My house is roughly 1800 square feet and I can vacuum the whole thing on one charge.
