Good USB serial B 25 pin to DB 9 pin cable ( when linkedd with USB -DB 9 pin converter )
when I wanted to connect the serial cable alone from the serial DB 25 pin of the equipment (ELIS Reader in the microbiology laboratory ) the equipment was initially connected but with an error.As my PC with win7 that was kept idle for a long time ,I thought that the DB 9 pin male of the PC was not functioning. When I connected the female DB 9 pin of this USB serial with the male DB 9pin P2303 chip embedded USB to pin male converter cable purchased through Amazon, the equipment has got connected.the functioning of the cable ensures that the cable is a cross-wired one ,The cable as a standalone may be good for equipment like modems or printers.

Firstly Cable is not as shown in the figure. In addition connectors used are rusted inside.
