I love the variety of utensils that is included. They are a great price and my 8 month old enjoys using the mashing one.

Smartly designed very well made utensil set! Two set for two stages - very early self feeding and then just the right size fork and spoon for older toddlers.The softer slightly flexible "fork" and "spoon" are perfect for toddler just learning to use utensils. Both are soft but not flimsy at all, teeth marks aren't an issue. The "fork" allows little toddlers to have success grabbing food, same for the "spoon" - not much effort gives big results - the design lets food stays put in/on the utensil no matter what turning gymnastics happen from plate to mouth.The "regular" spoon and fork have big handles, just the right size for toddlers and preschoolers to hold. Well made and durable.This is a great little set, definitely recommend!

$ training spoons for 6 dollars is a good deal and it is even better when it comes from a brand which I trust and have used many products from. The taring spoon set helped us train our daughter to eat from the spoon and eventually hold it.The plastic with which the handles are made of is very soft and kind of flexible for the small hands to use and it's safer for the kids to out in mount. Also, there is a lesser chance of hurting if they hit themselves accidently on the head, nose, etc. The stainless steel part of the spoons is also made of good steel. They are easy to clean.We have liked these spoons and would definitely recommend.

These are cool, especially the little plastic fork. The only thing with the little fork is that it gets bite marks in it pretty easily and it's kind of a pain to clean. The food gets caught up in it, but we use a scrub brush and it comes right out. Easy for my 11 month old to use though!

This is really two sets of two utensils. The first set is all rubberized, a spoon and fork, used for training baby to use utensils. The spoon is shaped to hold food in it (holes in the bottom for small bits to nestle in; it really works!), and the fork is safe, if not particularly utilitarian. But this set gets baby used to holding utensils and to the idea of using them for eating.The second set has metal ends. It's a real spoon and real fork, but with a baby-size rubberized grip. You won't give baby this fork until [s|h]e's ready, as [s|h]e might just poke h[im|er]self.The set is nicely made and well thought out. It's surprisingly good and worthy of a five star rating.

This is a great set of pretensils for your baby as they grow into toddlerhood. I love that the first step spoon and fork are covered to protect your baby's delicate gums. The first step fork has 3 rows of tines for the ease of obtaining food. The first step spoon has a unique design so that you just dip the spoon in the soft food and it clings until the baby eats it, less mess....love that! The second step fork and spoon are tradition but work like a charm. The cost is $7.99 with Prime and free returns which is very reasonable. Recommend

My favorite thing about this set is that it covers a very large age range of 6 months to 18 months and beyond. The two dipper utensils are great when first teaching to use utensils and the kids cutlery is very well made once the toddler stage is reached. I find the Nuk brand to make good quality products and this is no different. I also love that the color is very gender neutral for use with multiple children. I would highly recommend for yourself or as a gift to new parents.

Great for learning to feed themselves

Ordered this set to train baby to use utensils. The pretensil spoon and fork are useless, the blunt fork can't pick up any food at all. We ended up going straight to the metal fork and spoon set, which he prefers much more. Save your money and buy the metal set directly instead.
