Perfect
Good quality, the frames are metal and have a good weight to them. I bought them for a halloween costume but I will wear these on a regular basis.

Cheap
These should be purchased for short term use only. They are pretty low quality. I bought them for a Halloween costume and they were great for that. I had to bend them a little to fit properly and I have an average face.

There seems to be a glitch with this listing. ...
There seems to be a glitch with this listing. When I am on the main page for it, it shows the a pair of aviators with no bar or circle in the between the lenses (which is what I wanted, because I was looking for Hunter S. Thompson glasses, not the ones you see in the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas). When you place the order, and see the small icon photo in the basket, it shows a different pair of aviators with the bar and circle. So, to be clear, this pair DOES have the bar and circle. I will be returning them because this is not what I wanted. And to review the glasses, they are flimsy and look very costume-y.

Costumes?
I don't know what everyone else is doing with all this costume talk. When the going gets weird the weird turn pro, right? These are my normal day to day glasses now. They're actually quite practical. So far they're great for night driving as they're light enough to not hinder your ability to see but tinted well enough to even out all the headlamps. Some of those obnoxious bright white LED lamps these pretentious rich swine who haven't earned their keep have on their automobiles can give you headaches, rage, or rage headaches and ill thoughts as they pass by "I hope you stroke and seize and swerve into a rabid deer, you filth!". But all of that is a thing of the past now, because these shades make everyone equal regardless of headlamp color. Sign of the times, man.As for the closeness to Depp's in Fear and Loathing, moot point if you're a Hunter fan because he tore through dozens upon dozens of varying aviators. If anything these are closest to Bill Murray's in Where the Buffalo Roam, but it's of no real matter. The ear hooks need some work and I have to dial in the nose pads so they can sit on my face without making it look like I have a unibrow but these are otherwise awesome for the money!

Exactly what I expected.
I bought these for the same reason I m sure many other people would by yellow aviators: to match Depp's. And these are nearly identical to the ones in the movie with the circle at the bridge and forehead bar. So I m very impressed with the likeness and that is the sole reason for buying these.

You need a very narrow face for these.
They'd look great on a living pencil or Gumby, but if you resemble Charlie Brown in any fashion prepare to be depressed with how these make you look like that teacher in middle school who was going through a divorce and totaled his RX-7.

HST lives in 2015
needed for my HST outfit for 2015 Halloween. As I wear glasses, I needed to mod these somewhat - took an old pair of eyeglasses, removed the lenses and fixed them to the inside of these with my trusty hot glue gun. Use the glue sparingly, just a dot on each end of each lense and you are good to go with your new prescription HST shades!

The Perfect Shades for a Hunter S. Thompson Costume
These glasses really rounded my Raoul Duke (Hunter S. Thompson) costume this last Halloween. Those who had seen "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" got it immediately. I paired it with the "Washed Bucket Sumer Hat-White W12S41E" and the "Targard Permanent Filter System" (both available on Amazon), threw on some shorts and an aloha shirt, and was good to go!
