If mold is such problem (many people talking about it), why do these get such good reviews? Is it really a non issue? Are cheap solo cups better?

I’ve been using jiffy pots for years. I can remember when I was a kid, I grew up near a nursery where they grew the plants for the city parks. The pros at the nursery used them. When I started growing my own plants, I started using them too. That was almost 50 years ago. They have never failed me. I love the way the roots can grow right through the pots. They also provide natural drainage. You can plant the pots right in the soil and as they break down, they add an amendment to the soil. I suppose you could use Dixie cups, but you should poke drainage holes in them. You’ll have to discard the cups when you transplant.

What is the size. Wanted to put in a hanging bucket 4” tall and 3” round. Are these okay to place in the buckets.

not sure how tall they are, they might be about 4", but, I think for a small plant it would work, I also use them for little favors, I add lace and other things for a tea that I would be having for friends , good luck.

Description says bonus 22pots 2 times in 3 different places. I thought it meant 2 x 22. I was wrong. Could have gotten 30 at Lowe's for 6.00. 6 months late for your help. Maybe someone else has same understanding about description as I did.
