Yealink CP960 Optima HD IP Conference Phone - Silver/Black

The speaker phone would be great if they let me know that I needed to also order the power supply! After spending an additional $53.00 to buy the power supply I might be able to review the product properly. Nowhere in the description does it tell you it isn't included with your purchase.

I ordered this as part of a proof of concept of using MS Teams to provide telephony, with a view to using these devices in conference rooms. First of all excellent delivery; ordered Wed PM, arrived Thursday AM, ahead of schedule., so a good start. One review marked it down for not having a Power supply; however it is an assumption that these will powered by Power Over Ethernet (POE) directly from the switch , so not providing a Power Supply is reasonable and avoids land fill.. ( If you need a separate power supply you'll have to buy a POE injector like this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/antoble-Injector-Adapter-Supply-Ethernet/dp/B07DGR7KYW/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 - or buy a POE switch)In use it has proved easy to configure - so far I've tested LAN attached, using WIF (yes you still need the POE) and with Bluetooth devices. Quality is very good, and I haven't come across any concerns so far. I'll update if I come across any issues.

I have used several conference phones over the years, both wireless analog and wired digital IP based units. This one rates at the top so far. Built in mics do a great job of echo cancellation, so even if you are 8 feet from the unit, it still sounds great(minimizes tunnel effect). The navigation on the menu is intuitive and was easy to setup. The phone functions great using a single wired POE network connection. Also purchase wired extension mics, but may not need because the pickup with the built in mics is very good. The phone also has the option to load Microsoft Teams firmware to work directly with MS Teams conferences. The price was very good and works perfectly with our Zultys based PBX.

Sehr gutes Konferenztelefon mit sehr guter Verständigung. Funktioniert hervorragend an einer Starface Pro Telefonanlage.
