Included hose quality is poor
The shower head is high pressure as advertised. One of the massage mode vibration intensity will quickly fatigue your hand. This is a huge selling point of the item. The included hose could be better quality. I opted to use my previous hose since I did not like the one that the product came with.

Amazing
Great feeling, great variety in the jets, easy to install and it looks nice too!

Great shower head
Great shower head if you live in an area where water is really expensive. Does the job well without a lot of water. Waterpik always makes a quality product.

It leaks and the connecting hose is not flexible
So WaterPic should take their name off this and rebrand it to something like CheepAzCrp. Could stop the leak at the wall pipe with or without Teflon tape (instructions say NOT to use it - OK - still leaks) and under troubleshooting leaks says to rub bar soap (!) on the pipe threads. Now there's a waterproof seal for ya.The connecting hose is a really stiff (non-articulated/accordion/pleated) plastic that juts from the wall at weird angles. When holding the wand the hose wants to twist it in your hand causing water to spray in places you may not want it to.Just sayin'.Waterpic has done better; my other bathroom has an older (no longer made) one that is just fine.

excellent water flow, similar to original Shower Massage
After my years-old Shower Massage developed a crack/leak, I searched for a replacement. A different brand from a big warehouse store (at twice the pice) was unsatisfactory--it's 4.5-inch diameter head gave pressure too low to wash away soap from my skin and shampoo from my hair--so I returned to WaterPik in hopes that this PowerPulse model would deliver water with force equivalent to the old ShowerMassage. Yes! It has a 3-inch diameter head, so same flow over a narrower area gives excellent strength of spray. Very happy with this and other WaterPik products.Note added after two weeks of use: I agree with other reviewers that the hose is not flexible enough, and at 5 feet in length, it is not as good as the 6 foot hose that came with the old style. I replaced the new hose with the old one, and everything is great again.
