This hormone trap does what it is represented to do. It effectively attracts male clothes moths. They stick to the surface and die. It is very convenient and easy to use. Understand that these traps are a significant tool for ridding ones home of a clothes moth infestation. However, traps (any brand) are unlikely to do the trick completely on their own. Moths go through a complex life cycle including eggs, larvae etc. Use the traps when you first suspect an infestation. If you have a significant infestation, the moths will begin flying around as soon as you unwrap the very first hormone trap. This will tell you that you have a problem. The next step is to completely empty the closets, shake out all clothes outside, and then keep all wool clothes (including blends) wrapped in plastic garment bags. Importantly, then thoroughly vacuum your closets and use vinegar to wipe the baseboards of your closets. Then let the traps finish the job.

These traps are a good price and you get a generous quantity to scatter throughout the household. I even put one near a lamp just in case that attracts moths. They are very easy to set up and pleasant to look at. They have also given me some peace of mind, so that I know I have something in place, should one of the clothing-eating menaces venture nearby.Addendum: Just checked my trap (see the photo). I had no idea there were this many moths in my home. I just ordered another box.

The little moths seem to be very attracted to this trap which them captures them with the sticky stuff. We are very rarely finding one flying around anymore. Took about a month. When they destroyed my saved Mounds bar, I was compelled to exterminate them. Just fold into a little tent and put it where the critters are flying around. Very easy and does the job. No detectable scent, a plus.

The inside is full of pictures of moths making it hard to check if one has actually been caught. You can't just peak, you need to pick it up and examine all 3 sides, bit time consuming if you opened all 6 & placed in different areas. We only saw one moth flying and bought these to catch the male. I bought another brand that was completely blank inside and definitely prefers those. These do come with little hangers, which are nice.

I placed this in the clothing exhibits in an museum. Moths were evident. Day after day, week after week, no catches. Finally got one. Only one. Very disappointed.

Only caught 2 moths.Wouldn’t recommend this brand.

This product is garbage. Has not caught anything but the moth pics within the trap. I do recommend wasting your money.

WOW! This really works. The moths keep going to it ….I bought both the pantry and closet trap and BOTH work perfectly.
