These were too loose around the heel and ankle…so I had to return. I really loved the quality and style…ordered smaller size and it was too loose also.

I wanted to love these shoes, but the quality and size are all wrong. I actually tried this same shoe on in a department store, and the 41 fit perfectly, so that is the size I ordered. But the shoes that came were way too small plus there was a glue like substance oozing out in some places, then there was black splatter spots on the front where the leather met with the rubber sole. Almost like they were spray painted black. Unfortunately they will be returned.

Love these shoes. Super comfy and stylish with good arch support. Needs a little breaking in but not much. Wonderful quality. I recommend sizing up. I typically wear 8.5-9 so I ordered 8-8.5 thinking the next size up would be too large. I had to exchange for the 9-9.5 and they fit perfect. These are my first pair of ECCO’s. Bought them for work since I’m on my feet all day. Probably will order again.

I absolutely love these shoes. I owned a pair of Ecco soft 7 sneakers years ago in a taupe color and really liked them, but ruined them when I tried to clean them in a bucket of water and oxyclean- learn from me don’t do this. I didn’t think I wanted to spend that much money on another pair, but I’m so glad I did when I saw my size was on sale here. I got the white pair and they are super comfy, match every outfit, and you can dress up, dress down, and walk miles upon miles in them without issues. They are comfy right out of the box, but the more you wear them the more they mold to your feet and get more and more comfy - seems impossible, but very true!My shoe size is uncertain at times. I can usually wear anything from an 8 1/2 to 10 depending. When I had the taupe pair I had the 8-8 1/2 and I thought they fit well so I ordered that size on Zappos and they were snug on my foot from what I remember. I guess Ecco has transformed this shoe some over the years. So I ended up buying them here and went up a size to the 9-9 1/2. My toes have plenty of room, but that’s my preferred fit, but I could’ve worn either size and been happy. I would recommend sizing up if your a half size normally and size down if your a full size normally. One thing I love about them is I have long feet for someone my height, but the low profile on these makes my foot look smaller which I really like!!!!!This will be a staple in my closet for many many years and worth every penny!!!!

I used to buy Ecco and Wolky shoes for years until running shoes took over ... have been wearing Saucony..and they seem to have same issues lately..ordered 2 pair different colors of a shoe I already owned..both were short in length ..same size..no quality control.. These Ecco Soft shoes I had these years ago. How quality has deteriorated and prices have escalated for these companies..The sole stiff like concrete..no flexibility..no inner lining,...and no support around heel.. cheap products with high prices. I tried 4 different pair of Ecco shoes in leather and had to return all..same issues.. A neighbor suggested I try their golf shoes for walking which come in yak leather. They sell $200+ but they are quality shoes...and to my suprise my ankles did not swell as they do in sneakers, not a health issue me but need to tie tightly to stop my flat thin bony feet from sliding forward. using insoles, all kind of stuff to fill in too much space in toe box...Shoes going back and forth with Amazon Try before you Buy.and Zappo..and I found a shoe ..a golf shoe.. .and they fit. Ordering 2 more in different styles in leather and getting rid of sneakers. Fingers crossed the new order fits ...

Though I loved the last two pairs of these Eccos in the gray soft suede, the black leather ones in the same size do not fit the same way. They’re too narrow and have no ‘give’. I returned them.

Love love love these!I have been looking for a well made white leather sneaker that was both stylish and comfortable for over a year and have finally found THE one.This shoe was comfortable right out of the box.The leather is soft, the arch support is perfect, the sole is a nice neutral beige-gray color (rather than white), the heel height is perfect (not a platform heel).Overall, this is a classic and stylish shoe I will be wearing for years.I normally fall somewhere between a size 10 and 11 with a somewhat narrow foot and high arch, which presents a challenge because women’s shoes are rarely offered in a 10 1/2.I was pleasantly surprised when the size 10-10.5 fit me perfectly.The only thing I would warn buyers is the color of the leather is not a true white, but instead has a slight bit of blue/gray undertones. I was initially surprised and was not sure I liked it. But after re-examining the shoe over a few days, I have decided that I actually prefer this color over true white. So, this too, ended up falling in the plus category.If you are on the fence about ordering this shoe, take the plunge. Yes, they are pricier than many others, but the value you get is well worth the price.

I have purchased other Ecco footwear in the past and used the sizing from those to select my size for this shoe. I had ordered a size 40 in other styles, so I was surprised when I got these and they were much smaller than expected. I started the return process but ultimately sold them to a friend who liked them and decided to try again but size up.These are on the narrow side too, so if you have wide feet these will not be comfortable for you.Other Ecco shoes I have purchased have held up well over 10 years of use so I am hopeful these will also be a sturdy, comfortable, and stylish fixture of my closet for years to come.

LOVE these!! Ordered a while back and was hoping to break them in for a trip to Europe. There was no breaking in period!!! From day 1 they fit like a glove and sooo comfortable. I was still worried and took an extra pair of shoes with me just in case these hurt after some time. I wore the same shoes for 12 days, 10+ hours a day and walking 15k+ a day and I never once thought about my feet or my shoes! That is a miracle for me. I am all about comfort, but when you get comfort AND cute, BONUS!!! Easily wearable with shorts, skirt, casual dress etc! So versatile
