Thanks for the good question! Each set is a different Yoga session. Yoga in nature allows children to connect, with their body, mind and with nature. Focus & Concentration Yoga kit is a wonderful and eﬃcient tool for children to develop focus and concentration skills. Relaxation & Serenity is an amazing kit for children to discover their body and release tensions. Parents & Children connects parents and children in a safe surrounding with a pure "quality time" factor. Some poses overlap between the 4 kits, but only very few. Each kit is unique for its purpose.

Q: How many cards are in each deck?

Each "Doda Yoga" set is a full and complete Yoga session with 22 cards /poses + 2 instruction cards. It is simply a FUN way for children (and their parents) to learn and enjoy YOGA. The activity cards are fully illustrated not only with the ﬁnal pose but also with the correct steps to get there.
