Excellent drum wheat pasta
This pasta is a little expensive but it is drum wheat grown by the company, and made right. It is heated slowly. Other companies heat fast, and high. That is why the pasta has an orange color. This pasta works well with sauces. If you make your own homemade sauces, then Mancini is worth the cost of making a great sauce stand out with a great pasta.
