I have always wanted to buy a Pasta Making attachment for my KitchenAid Mixer, but they were always pretty expensive. I was once scared to make my own pasta but now, I'm like a pro with the help of my new KitchenAid pasta attachment.Having used a manual machine for a while, I decided to purchase this attachment and was very happy with the ease of use and time it saves. I like that the pasta roller and cutters are all in one piece instead of three separate pieces.It makes it much easier for me now to get it done right and make pasta so quickly. There are many of these sold on the internet, but this one is a 3 in 1 all in one piece, instead of 3 different attachments. The product seems to be well made and simple to use and attach. I now make my own spaghetti and fettuccine, noodle kugels, soup noodles, and more. There is no limit. Your family will definately be able to tell how fresh your pasta is when made with this device.Item was delivered on time and in safe condition. A great value and investment for your kitchen. Thank you so much for offering this product.So far, I am very happy with it and have no complaints.Tips: If you are drying your pasta, hang on clean plastic clothes hangers or a pasta drying rack for at least an hour. Also, try to follow well known recipes to get best results.

Works great!

This arrives in a nice sturdy box that i use to store it in. It fits into a cupboard perfectly for me. It fits on the mixer easily, quickly and without issue. The problem is that it just does not make pasta like a dream. You have to play with recipes. What works for my friend does not work for me. The size you feed into the unit makes a difference, the ratio of eggs to water will make or break your pasta. Buy cheap eggs and flour and play often. You will get a feel for it in time. I am still not serving angel hair pasta, but fettuccine will be served for dinner.

Easy to operate and clean. Very comparable to kitchenaid brand. Rollers are good. Great quality, pasta doesn’t stick but make sure to use flour.

This pasta maker works well. It fit with my kitchenaid stand mixer and a way better deal than the actual brand name attachment. Made great spaghetti and consistent thickness every single time.

The first time I used it, I really enjoyed, it worked well. Rolled everything and cut the pasta into the desired shapes. But the next time for some reason it didn’t cut out the shapes it would just leave indentations. So after two months it’s basically not usable so I can’t even return it now that it doesn’t work.
