Famous Five Colour Reads Well By Enid Blyton & Jamie Littler

These are fantastic stories. My kids 6 and 8yrs old love them. These colour edition ones are very easy reads. Takes me 15 minutes to read to them, but also a great book for them to read on there own. The actual writing is well written which is not always easy to find.

My 6 yrs old daughter loves illustrated versions. Delivery was late however, the seller called and asked for more time which was very nice. We decided to wait for my kid is a big fan of famous 5 which we couldnt find locally

My 10 year old absolutely loves these books. They're more modern looking than the originals and the stories are shorter and simpler so they're a great confidence builder for children who are making the transition from little kids books to 'proper books'. They seem expensive for what they are because the print is quite large and there's not a lot of pages but my son reads them over and over again so he gets good value from them. I'm not a fan of modern childrens literature so I'm thrilled he is enjoying these innocent classics.

Can't rate these books enough. Atlast I've found a series of books, which a very reluctant young reader will actually read. We've bought & read the whole series. The books are bright to look at. The differing sizes of text also really help.
