I did have trouble with the first candle that I ordered. The wicks were too short and it wouldn’t stay lit. I loved the smell so I asked for a replacement which was promptly send to me. These candles smell amazing.

Amazing scent
I have purchased this candle five times now. I light it an hour before bed and the smell helps you relax and fall asleep. Will continue purchasing. Worth the price.

Good product, poor fulfillment
The candle is great and I’ve used it before, but never bought on Amazon. Unfortunately, when it arrived at my door, the candle was loose in the box with no packing material. The candle’s box was beat up and no longer suitable as a gift.

Best brand on the market
If you find the scent underwhelming, you may want to reevaluate what scents you are using in your home. To the untainted nose, this scent (as well as every other NEOM candle I've purchased) smells great. Not overpowering and more importantly not a noxious amalgamation of chemicals. Good work.
