It's authentic soy .Great taste, great colour.Nice umami. Less salty.Use it with the lee kum kee preimium light soy sauce which has more umami flavour.Must have for Chinese favorites.Don't buy chings n all soy sauce they are just black coloured salted water.

This is by far the best dark soy sauce I've used. Previously used to use Ching's and Weikfield's. The biggest difference is the flavour and the aroma it brings to the food (I make Chinese once a week or so). Even the texture of the sauce seems different compared to the other two.The only cons are that it's really pricey but you get 500ml and the bottle is plastic. Personally, I'd have preferred it being in a glass bottle given the price. But quality wise, if you're looking for great flavour, I'd say go for it.Amazon delivered it ahead of time and in safe packaging.

One of the best soya sauces available in the market. It has a good consistency, it's not watery like chings or other soya sauces. Tastes so good. Go for it, you will love your Chinese and other dishes with this sauce for sure.

Good especially if you like Asian food, and I can use long

It's the best soya sauce I've bought so far. It's a bit pricey but you need to add less and that makes it worth the price!

Its salty. Will turn your dish a darker colour. (Use Light soya sauce if u dont want this to happen). Very Versatile and is a staple in many asian dishes. Been using it for decades.
