I was concerned about the size. I have 3 quails and the size was perfect! Could possibly fit in 2 more.

This is perfect for quail. We put some small chickens in it for now in an extra room off of our back pouch. As soon as it warms up outside we will move them, and put this quail pen outside too. We did add fencing to the bottom so nothing can get into them when we put them outside

This is a nice hutch for the price. We were away for the weekend when it arrived (On time!). It rained and so the box was soaked but after opening it there were no big issues (a little bit of the roof pieces lifted off the edges but after being outside and put together they have firmed up and are still waterproof).When assembling the hutch it took me 2 hrs, with my kids and a screwdriver. If you have a drill and aren’t helping kids learn to use a screwdriver it shouldn’t take long at all! The directions were concise and easy to follow (clear pictures) However, the screws were not labeled, so I went through and sorted them by size and amount of screws and labeled each baggie. It didn’t bother me but it could be nice to know.I used this hutch to house some sick kittens while they got better, after a thorough clean I will be adding a hardware cloth bottom so the bunnies won’t dig out. It is perfect as is for an inside hutch and will work well with the bottom added as a nice outdoor home for bunnies.It is sturdy enough for some crazy kittens to climb all over, and easy to move from one spot to another. I would recommend to any bunny lover or homesteader.

I haven’t even had this for a month, and it’s already falling apart. It’s horrible quality.Not only does this flop over, the part that goes underneath the top part, doesn’t fit. The gate doesn’t shut and stay locked. Worse purchase iv ever made. Will never purchase or recommend this.

First, I bought for 4 quails. I thought I could move it around the yard. Only that is a toy house/coop. It looks super cute, but its so small, not very high and very not very wide.My biggest concern is that any predator can get thru. I added a chicken wire floor to help protect them. I suggest it as a coop inside a wired fence for protection.

Not hard to assemble and they did send extra screws but my husband said they didn't work but we love it

The instruction manual sucks. It refers to the pieces and screws with letters but the pieces themselves don't have any stickers on them to identify. It is sturdy however. The chickens have been able to survive the winter because of it.
