Did not shred at all.
Would not shred no matter what way you use it either side. Horrible !!! Don’t buy you will have to send it back . Save the bag.

I bought this to shred lettuce. Didn’t do so well. But I’m sure it would be great for cabbage.

Right handed and thin
This could only be used by a right handed person! The plastic looks so flimsy that we did not even open it. The blade looks like it would fall apart instantly. Was hoping it would be a sturdy item, which was implied in the photos. This might be good for a right handed person peeling lightly. Even if we were able to use it, we know, or feel very strongly, that it would break during our first use. We did not even take it out of the package. Returning.
