These are of high quality but very expensive. They are great because there is not any soy, but after searching I found Vitamin E from sunflowers at a lower price. Had no problem with shipping.

If you are allergic to soy you must take this! Don't be fooled by other Vit E companies that claim you can tolerate theirs - even though they did NOT source it from non soy ingredients. Dr. M's Vit E is from sunflower oil! I felt a very big difference and now my headaches and migraines have been so greatly reduced! It's such a reasonable price and it will be cheaper in the end when you don't have to pop other pain pills due to the reactions to allergens, etc.

I got this because my hair was dry and I thought this could help. By my second bottle my hair was much softer and shinier. Plus I didn’t have any negative side effects. I am definitely going to continue using this!
