I bought two types because I was not sure which one will be best for my project of exchanging my food disposer after more then ten years use. This product is way better because has tilting built in - in the part that connect to the system (after the P trap). I would strongly recommend this one also because there is a drainage cap at the middle of the P trap, facilitating future cleaning of the system. It is also cheaper at eight Dollars fifty.

This is exactly what I needed to pass inspection. It has the drain on the trap and has the union so it can be removed, Using the glue only type that I found at the local home improvement store was my first try and I failed inspection. On the left is the high drain loop for the dishwasher and the right is the disposer mounted to the new single drain kitchen sink.

Heavy duty and nice quality, works well especially when there is a slight angle in the departure pipe.

This thing was awesome. No issues. This is a glue on application. No reason or need to thread anything to it. Would recommend to anyone that is using SC 40 and need a trap.

Very weird type of joint with thread, did not work and didn’t seem tight at all.
