Decent Protection
Decent upper body and arm protection for the "Pull a Dixie on wet construction metal plate under 23 MPH Crowd" I can attest to it. No strawberries, road rash or sand and dirt pimples. Any higher speeds I cannot attest to but I believe it will protect me at least to 30mph. Any higher, I would need thicker armor.

Good Value For The Money
The protection is decent for how much they cost. I bought 2x large because I wear the pads over a padded suit for double protection. I'm pleased with these pads, be sure they have a slim fit and are reasonably priced.

5'10", 250lbs, Fits great, has lots of adjustments
Bought this because I wanted something I could wear under sweatshirts in the winter and still wear during the summer as is. Fits great. I'm a bigger guy and the largest fit works great.Bottom end of armor could be a little longer because it just barely touches my belt. But I'm happy where it sits.Airflow is great and I feel secure after all the straps are snugged to my arms and shoulders. So far so happy with it overall and I would recommend it to other heavy set guys like me. šš

Fits like a glove
Love this thing. Mesh and lightweight, but it fits like a glove. Iām 6 foot, 240ish and it is the perfect size.

well designed
I'm 6', 190lbs with a 44" chest, well built and had to use the 2XL It's a little snug but it's supposed to be form fitting. I also wear long sleeve Hanes Men's Long Sleeve Cool Dri T-Shirt UPF 50+ (Pack of 2) under it. So that may help me feel dry 100% of the time. I've worn this armor on two rides, and both times completely forgot I was wearing it. Once you get all the armor parts set where they should be, it fits like a glove and gives good protection for low speed impacts (nothing will save us from ultra high speeds). I wear the haynes dry shirt, then the armor then another riding shirt over it all, and a backpack with tools and while it's not full summer yet, it is warm outside, and I still feel good riding with this. One thing that is weird is the zipper is on the wrong side, and I don't know why, but womens cloths have zippers on the opposite side, so maybe this is for a woman? Doesn't make sense b/c the only woman who could wear this wouldn't be able to have boobs AND zip it up, as it barely fits me and no, I don't have boobs, so it works out great. Aside from the zipper being on the wrong side, I feel it's a cost effective bit of gear that is essential for riding trails. If I would order it again, I would buy the same size but maybe the one with the neck protection too. Don't go too big b/c the armor has to stay in place during crashes/sliding/rolling and this certainly does. It's snug, and it should be somewhat tight and difficult to peel off and on. It airs dry (afaik) washable too. The back protector is exceptionally durable, and has interweaving ABS parts that double up, and flex. The shoulder and elbows stay in place all day, and the chest protector is the largest area I've seen. Highly recommended as one crash will pay for itself 10x over.

Good quality at 1/3 the price.
This is an exact copy ( if not the same exact piece ) as the Fox branded armor for 3x the price. The zipper feels a little cheap but it hold up well. The elastic kidney belt is what I find wears our or at least deforms the most but it still holds enough to use. It's not exceptionally cool but I doubt any good armor would be, but I don't find it hot either. This runs a size small as far as fit. Normally fit into 2x but the 3x fits better. I'd never be able to use a 2x in this. The soft secondary padding on the lower back gets snagged on pants or jersey and eventually ends up folded over and somewhat uncomfortable but that's not until closer to the end of the life of this piece.Plan to replace it yearly if you ride a lot. I'm on #3 so far without much issue other than what is mentioned above, and I'm being picky over most of it. Will buy a other next year most likely.

Pretty good!
Having read a lot of the reviews I was a bit hesitant to buy this, but the fitment and quality weren't an issue. Firstly, these jackets run small. Like realllly small. At 5'11" and 190lbs, I figured I would be a large. Taking some advice from the other reviews, I ordered an XXXL. It was right on the money! One reviewer wrote that the front zipper rides kinda high on your stomach, which it does a little. But it doesn't really matter because if you use the big Velcro strap around your waist to keep the back protector in position, you'll find that it's fine. The mesh that the jacket is made from is fairly comfortable on its own, if you're riding in the summer. But a long sleeved shirt might be a better idea if you were going to be riding all day. I imagine it would irritate your skin pretty quickly. The quality is actually pretty good. A few reviewers thought the quality was ok for tooling through the woods, but not much else. I think that's pretty accurate. There's enough plastic to save you from grazes, but no real padding behind any of it. For $40, I think it's decent enough for riding around with your kids on a dirtbike. But if you're a fast rider and want real protection, go spend a bit more money.

Not comfortable
Please get rid of the mesh, it feels so uncomfortable! This is not a good wear in the summer!
