Q: is this compatible with windows 10 laptop

I am having issues getting this wireless mouse to work with my laptop/Windows 10 Pro, so not 100% positive on its compatibility. Any advice since you had no issues? I have tried everything I can think of.

Q: just received mine, is it already charged? I am trying to charge it with the usb cord from a different computer, so far not working

Plug the dogel (sp?) into computer. By turning the computer on and using it, it not only moves the mouse, it charges the unit. I've not had a problem with it.

Q: Nano receiver replacement. Does anyone know where I can buy one? I have lost mine.

Please, contact the manufacturer about your situation, they should have first hand knowledge if not accurate knowledge about how to obtain a replacement if such a thing exist. Again, thanks, I appreciate the question

I purchased a wireless for my laptop and it worked great at first, but it only lasted a couple of weeks. Make sure you turn the button on, on the bottom. If you can't get it to work, I suggest you send it back. I have the plug in too and so far, so good.
