Replacement For 2015-2021 Subaru WRX STi T304 STAINLESS STEEL POLISHED SILVER Resonated MidPipe Kit

The media could not be loaded.  !!Important!!Buy an automotive exhaust heat shield that uses hose clamps when installing this mid-pipe. Place it between the exhaust flange and rear axle cv boot (rubber boot) in order to prevent it from melting the boot after awhile and making the existing hose clamp fall off! I recommend an exhaust heat shield that covers a minimum of a 4" wide by 6" long area but suggest to get one that is 6" wide by 6" long.Besides the issue listed above, Everything was great and it sounds amazing. Only issue is that there is a slight exhaust leak that you can smell outside of the car after stopping/exiting the car if you are not using the correct gasket. The gasket provided for the mid-pipe to j-pipe does not have a small enough hole and leaves a gap. Besides the gasket and heat shield issue, everything is great and it looks good too. I have attached a video of how it sounds with a Nameless Axe Back (Muffler Delete).

This midpipe exceeded my expectations!

5 stars (in general)-For the price point this is a solid mid pipe for the 2015-2021 wrx. Tig welds and build quality it pretty decent. Install was pretty quick and easy with the assist of a lift. Gives the car a nice low exhaust tone at idle and wide open throttle. Minimal alignment issues but nothing to crazy. If you are installing this to the factory j-pipe. You will need to drill out the j-pipe flange to accept the bolts from this kit. You WILL need to heat sheild/exhaust wrap the flange that is directly under the drivers side rear axle. Should have recruited a friend to help with alignment, but install took about an hour.4.5 stars (my preference)-after being installed for a week I got tired of looking at the exhaust wrap and decided to cut the flange out and weld in a piece of pipe. Im pretty sure the wrap would have been fine in the long run. I also cut out the resonator and welded in a pipe just to get some more sound out of it, but I did not loose the low exhaust tone so it's a win.

Bought the EOS resonated mid pipe to go with my Remark muffler deletes, and the sound is perfect. Nice and loud when I get on the gas, near silent when just cruising. And most importantly, no more highway drone.Install was a bit more of a pain than other cat-back systems I’ve done. Out of the box it is separated into 3 sections. Most of the install difficulty was due to not having anyone to hold the pipes up while I connected everything.As other reviews have mentioned, definitely recommend some thermal wrap to ensure the heat from the exhaust doesn’t melt the rubber on the driver side rear CV boot.

Product fit ok. Had to drill out where it meets factory. Will need to wrap in a heat shield close to rear cv axle due close proximity it starts to melt the rubber

Be careful this will burn your axle. I have to now replace my axle because it was too close to it. You will have to do something in order for it to not hang too close to it. You will need to make it hang lower somehow but overall it is good.
