Work very well for the feet but a bit wired when you first wear them but very comfy and no aching feet highly recommend these

Amazing
I have plantar fasciitis & I've looked at inner soles & read about them & never bothered to buy any to try.At the moment I'm struggling to walk the pain in my heel is that severe! So I thought why not try some, not going to spend a fortune, read the reviews on the cheaper one's on the market like these & reviews excellent. So ordered a pair, I have to say immediately after putting them in my shoes I could walk nearly pain free. I was so cynical never expected them to work, I'm still in shock at how good they truly are BRILLIANT. That good I've ordered 2 more pairs.

Larger than expected
These were for my heal pain. A bit bigger than expected. Because they are hard i can only weat for a short time got them for my walking boots but couldnt wear for a long time, they do help with the pain short time but because they are solid i couldn't do a full day with them unfortunately

Great product, really helped with foot pain
It took a day or so to get used to having these in my shoes, but then they are great. No matter how long a walk, I do not have foot pain any more, have now bought multiples to fit in several pairs of shoes to save pulling oil and out. Have also bought for my daughter who suffers from the same 'flat feet' condition.

Hellishly uncomfortable if you have normal feet
Well, it's my own fault, they were clearly labelled: if you have perfectly normal feet, these things have a massively high lump at the instep: presumably if "one" has fallen arches or whatever, then "one" needs this sort of support.I have normal feet, I just like some padding under them (I wear work boots all day long) and I found these incredibly uncomfortable: unwearable, in fact.Only buy this product if you really, really need support at the instep.Otherwise, they are a waste of money.

Reduced my heel pain by about 98%
I bought these as I work 12 hour shifts on my feet and I was getting server pain in my heels, these have worked for me , I have a high instep, I have recommended to a friend and they have helped him with a different condition. I have bought 5 pairs now and will be buying more.
