I was optimistic that this product would enhance my ability to obtain a restful night's sleep. Regrettably, it appeared to be more of a sugary indulgence than a sleep aid. I did not observe any discernible improvement in the quality of my sleep, which is disappointing. Consequently, I will not be purchasing this product again. I will continue my search for a more effective solution.

Good gummies but all melted together
The media could not be loaded. I have ordered in past and they work really good ! But this order both bottles was melted and stuck together and can hardly get out of bottle ! Does help relaxing but can’t get out bottle unless I cut whole bottle open
