Q: What was used to achieve amber color? Any dyes?

Unfortunately there is caramel coloring added. I sssumed it used brown sugar, but unfortunately it has added coloring.

Sugar sticks from Matcha Outlet ARE individually wrapped. Not sure about other sellers. You may have to ask each one directly.
