Finally sleeping well
Seriously! From the first day my hot flashes diminished, I slept better… second day even better… and last night (third night) I managed to sleep from 10pm until 6;30am straight 🤯 seriously I didn’t know I could sleep like this again!!! I am taking this supplement after lunch, and it is working amazingly!!! I'm amazed how these have significantly reduced my menopause symptoms. It's taken about 3 weeks to feel the difference. Particularly noticed virtually no more aches in my joints. My heart palpitations and hot sweats have also greatly reduced. I just feel "well". Like I did before peri menopause. I highly recommend them. I'm not coming off them ever I don't think! I took standard vitabiotic supplements before. I love how they just pack everything in you could need. Great product. It really does work if you give it time.
