VERY good preventative medication (non-addictive)
I've been using this for years. I live in a place with tons of outdoor allergens and I can spray this before going out (especially on windy days) and it blocks a ton of stuff from ever getting into my system. It's non-addicting too so it can be used several times a day if needed. I've never used it more than twice a day because it's effective. WAY less sinus infections to have to medicate later much less experience.

Effective natural option versus chemicals
Don't know why allergists don't recommend this product more often. It takes a little longer to work but it doesn't make my nose sting, bleed or dry out. I like that this is an effective natural option versus chemicals that over time are not as effective. Would recommend.

Works, just wish you didn’t have to take so much
I’ve always had a bad reaction to Flonase for whatever reason. Makes me feel weird. But I’ve never experienced a single side effect with this stuff and it works pretty well. However, the recommended dose is very high (4-5x a day) which is a bit ridiculous. The idea of 1 spray in the morning is much more appealing, but going to give this a try with a more realistic 2x a day and see what happens.
