I'm a relative newcomer to offshore wind in Australia (though have 30 years experience in power systems) and this textbook is a one-stop shop to all the key topics I need to be across. And if I want to go deeper then the references are there to launch off from - which I have done on one or two areas. While the textbook is about 6 years old at the time of purchase, things haven't changed enough for it to be out of date, nor do I expect it to be for another 4 or 5 years or so, so that has been a relief too. Very happy with the purchase, extremely crisp writing and clear explanation of the technical topics that are new to me.Photo above is my topic of interest at the moment - inter-array cable designs and costs, and I wasn't disappointed with the introductory discussion on this topic
