That's the point...
I just want to defend this book. The VERY reason I bought this was because it had nothing to do with Gillian McKeith. It has a much more relaxed, realistic and achievable guide to eating healthiliy. I LOVE the recipes in there. They are set out Month by Month which can make finding them a little difficult but you soon get used to it. It's SOOO interesting to read. If you enjoy eating healthily try this!

A True Education In Eating Healthily
Outstanding Book. The perfect tool for the average person who's never ventured into a health foof store and thinks that nuts are simply for eating at parties when all the good food has gone. Undoubtedly an education, written for the average Joe who is committed to changing a life-time of bad eating practices. It does take perserverence and a willingness to learn and cook differently using this book. Its not for the quick flick through approach to learning about new healthier foods and cooking. But once you master the new ingredients and start to cook, the taste, variety and health benefits are undeniable. Every kitchen should have this book in it. Excellent

A new lifesyle
The advice and recipes in this book are invaluable. We are following the eating regime, which makes a lot of sense and without even trying have lost weight. We also feel so much better and energized.

Love it
So many fabulous recipes, I ended up buying a second copy to give to a friend who is vegetarian. So easy to follow and the foods are so tasty.
