I love love love LOVE this shower head!!!!! It's amazing!!!!! I honestly don't have much to complain about except that you have to be careful and make sure you use the plumbers tape to make sure it doesn't leak. The shower head was easy to install in our apartment and when I say easy I mean my fiance has no experience fixing or installing things at all and it took him about half an hour. It will also be just as easy to uninstall when we are ready to move out. We didn't need to alter our shower at all because the suction bracket holds the hose right on the side of the shower. The square rain head has a 360 rotatable head which means you can do quite a bit of adjusting to get it however you want it. It works perfectly and it doesn't have any issues with showers that have two temperature knobs which I know can be a problem sometimes with the head splitting the two temperatures of water. The removable hose head has a waterfall feature, a massage feature, and a regular shower head kind of feature. All are super nice and its great to have the easier option for bathing our pets. Pets are so much more easily bathed using a shower hose. Overall this is one of the best things we have bought for our apartment so far and I would buy it three more times if I have to but it's a great quality so I don't see that being an issue. It looks nice, it functions nice, it has a great price so it's seriously unbeatable. Do yourself a favor and buy this!!

Really awesome combo, especially if you pair it with a few upgrades. The finish and style of both pieces is very nice, despite being plastic-y. The instructions are pretty good. The three functions on the shower wand are nice, and the rainfall head really gives you a nice drenched feeling, especially if you can position it directly overhead with a shower arm extension.I wish it came with a three-way diverter instead of just a two-way, so you could use both the wand and shower head at the same time, instead of having to choose. Plus the two-way diverter it came with had a much more complicated installation than the three-way diverter I have been using for years. Since, I already had the three-way diverter from a previous set, so I knew what to order and now I can use both at once! I wound up finding the AKDY one to be really sturdy and long enough to give me the install I was looking for. AKDY® 11" Length Brass Adjustable Height Shower Head Arm PanelThe included suction cup mount for the shower wand is great, since it allows me to position the wand anywhere. Since I'm using both fixtures at once, sometimes, it's nice to be able to move it around (I have tile, if you have a textured installation then you have to use the adhesive.) The waterfall setting on the wand is great for rinsing out shampoo or conditioner, and the champagne spray is lovely and tingly.It all makes for a pretty impressive setup without totally breaking the bank!

Extremely easy install, love the main shower head and the additional shower head is great too. The only problem is the suction cup just will not stay and continues to fall no matter what I try. I’ll have to purchase a double sided sticky thing or something which isn’t too bad. For the price I recommend.

This unit works great for me, I recommend getting a suction cup holder for the hand wand to be mounted lower if you sit on a shower stool or chair, or even a 5 gallon bucket, my shower head is mounted low about 5 feet high I hate that because I got to duck underneath the rain shower but it’s also a good blessing that I can turn the switch from the rain shower head to the hand wand still sitting down and needing to stand up. As people get older they tend to slip and fall in the bathtub and break a hip or the femur artery in their leg, so it’s nice to be able to sit while showering and always recommend handicapp or safety/grab bars

I like this product, my apartment originally had just a simple shower head and my mother who is wheelchair bound was not able to adjust it after my family would use it (we are tall) so I bought this because it has an detached part. It’s perfect for her, she loves it. The chain/rope (?) part is long enough I hung it low for her to reach.2. The shower head at the top is very nice. I like it, it’s adjustable for the most part and it’s very wide so it covers more space. Me and my father are very tall so before he would have to bend down some to get his hair really wet (he also is disabled) but now he feels comfortable.3. The reason I’m giving it three stars is pretty much what other reviewers have said. The cheap material is a little fragile so putting the shower on was had, you can’t twist it more because the screwing part is plastic and if you’re using a tool that grips it will slowly strip the ridges.Then also the fact that in order to switch between the shower up top to the shower on the bottom you have to twitch the little dial at the top. My mother can’t reach it so if me and my dad forget to turn it she will need us to help her.For the most part it’s been great but… if you have the money for something a little better quality Definitely go with that.If you want something cheap and know how to stop leaks/breaks this will work. Maybe if you buy separate parts from the plastic ones it might be better?Anywho, that’s my review! I like it overall but I dislike some flaws
