HTC 10 Factory Unlocked 32GB GSM Carbon Gray (International Version - No Warranty)

Beware!! This IS NOT THE US VERSION OF THE PHONE!!! The item headline says "US Warranty" which implies this is the US version of the phone. IT IS NOT. I received my phone today and upon startup all the writing was in Taiwanese and the box came with the Hi-Res earbuds which ONLY come with the international version. The model number on the box even says its the HTC "10h" which is international version NOT the US version. Even the label on the back of the phone was a little crooked, also raising suspicion. The major downside to the international version is that is does not support all the US LTE bands and you will experience slower data transfer speeds. Better off buying this new phone directly from HTC to avoid this confusion and Amazon vendor false advertising.

I love this phone. Really well rounded. And fast. Unfortunately the bottom of the glass where the back button is keeps raising up above the metal frame. Really wish I didn't have to return it.

I was a previous apple user when I decided to try htc. I am pleased to say that I'm very happy with this phone. Great display, best audio in a phone, excellent build quality, good battery life and fast charging, and overall a pretty good camera. Very happy with this purchase.

The original item in the box was replaced with third party accessory, some normal travel adapter instead of 'Quick charge 3.0' adapter

They sold me a phone with a defective battery. DO NOT BUY THIS. I REPEAT. DO NOT BUY THIS.Was what I said out of anger on November 16th of 2016. I since then have acquired another identical HTC 10 that was sent to me as a replacement. For that I am grateful. However, the money I spent on taxes and shipping to both receive the defective and my current HTC 10 drove the cost up to over $1000. I got extremely unlucky, and you may or may not too if you order this. The phone itself is sublime, possibly the best Android phone of 2016, and the return process went relatively smoothly, but I spent a lot more money than I should've had to, which is why I'm still giving this a mediocre score of 3/5. My case may or may not be an anomaly, and it has since been... Mostly fixed, so if you still want to order an HTC 10 from this distributor after reading that, I say go for it, because the device itself is amazing, but just beware of the possible issues that could arise.
