Not that impressive
The grilling area is wide but narrow ( not as practical as the csquare-shaped one), and the heating function requires the removal of the top plate, which is weird

It worked for a month and broke
Its a nice toaster bit it broke down after a month of use

Good features but grill surface not that large.
This is quite a big grill but the actual grill surface seems smaller than the one it replaced.The plates are very easy to remove after cooking and are dishwasher safe so cleaning down is really easy.If you remove just the to play the grill closes wide and can be used to melt cheese while also toasting the bottom.

I bought this to replace a GF I had for many years, one of the originals in fact, which still worked fine except it had lost all of its non stick. I love the detachable plates but don't love how my fingers and cleaning clothes get black from the coating on the reverse side of the plates. Seems to take quite a long time to heat up but does grill well. Looks very classy as well.

Great to cook and easy to clean with dishwasher
Used at least once daily for the first month since purchase. Temperature control is very useful and not something I've had on previous foreman grills. The plates are very easy to remove and wash in the dishwasher. Still immaculate as shown in the picture.The screws holding the handles of the plates have rusted from the washing, so far that's not an issue but something I'm aware of.Overall very happy with the purchase

Does what it says it does
Bought this to tide me over as grill in cooker broke and new kitchen not till next year. My mum has one and they recommended it. It’s great, using the melt part I’ve made roasted cheese, omelette (used a small frying pan under melt part to finish cooking on the top) and I’ve now been able to give away my original George Forman. This is very easy to clean, just remove plates and wash and clip back in. Does what it says it does

Great at first, but we’re on a second with big issues
At first we really liked this grille. Removable plates are much easier to clean, the grilling function was nice. But after a few weeks things started to get worse. Rust appeared on the screws for the hot plates then slowly but surely the plates lost their non-stick coating. We had our first one replaced and was assured by GF that the new one doesn’t have the same issue with the coating but it did and here we are several months later with a grille that all food sticks to “mud” to a blanket. Really disappointed. I think it’s something to do with the more beige coloured hot plates as the black ones never seem to have this issue.
