WranglerMen's Ranger Cargo Short

Ever since the big brand changed their shorts to smaller pockets I have been looking for a similar short. These shorts have not disappointed and I would probably pick them over the older big brand style. They are tough and on the 2nd day I had them I got into changing my trucks front wheel bearings in them and had grease all over them, came in dumped Dawn soap on them, scrubbed them a little and washed them up...Came out like new. They are a tough short that should last. The one thing to know is that the fabric does not relax like other shorts so the way they fit when you first put them on is they way they will fit forever, so if you expect a little fabric relax after the wash, you probably should go up a size. The loop on the side does not seem to be an issue, and the leather patch on the pocket is great for keeping that area stiff for the back side of a clip. I purchased 3 more pair...

I usually buy 2 pairs of these Ranger Cargo Shorts at a time, and don't need to replace them for about 2 years. Usually because I start thinking a seam may give way. The pockets are spacious and well designed, with a piece of reinforcing fabric inside the shorts at the top of the back pockets. In an area with hot, humid weather for much of the year the ventilation made possible by the relatively generous cut of the Ranger Short provides a bit of comfort for an area that typically doesn't get much in the way of cooling breezes.

These work great for my husband- He is very rough on clothes at work ad they have held up really well- He works with pools and chemicals they tends to repel bleach pretty well. They are pretty stiff but loosen up after wearing and washing a few times. Highly recommend!

Definitely made goodOnly complaint is that the pockets are extremely tight to get hands in but if I go with bigger size than it’s to big in waist. Other than that they are definitely made strong and will outlast any other shorts you have

Wrangler products appear to maintain a consistent mid-high quality across their product lines. I prefer them to Levis.ALL manufacturers are constructing/fabricating their products to a lesser quality and reduced durability level...Wrangler seems to be keeping their quality intact.

These are the best shorts and pants I have ever owned. I carry a folding razor knife for work and have ruined many pairs of pants and shorts at the seam of the pocket. These have a leather patch in that location and I love it. I have some pairs that are over 5 years old that I still wear... Just give them a try and you will never buy any thing else.... I buy my own over what my company provides(Dickies) and the are way to light weight for truly hard work....

I own many pairs. They are very durable even with hard use in my wood shop. You won’t be disappointed

My favorite shorts to wear for everyday use working or casual. Fit as expected and strong rugged material.

They are a snug fit. tough material. Not alot of give too them .but they'll last a long time.

I don't care about the color fading because they are work pants. But if it matters to you, maybe look at something else. I have bought many pairs of these shorts and the pants that are the same but pants. Very awesome pants. I wish the measure tape protector was on both the top and lower pocket. I will continue to purchase these as my work pants/shorts. I also wish they had a version of this pants with kneepad insert pockets.
