Great pressure. Light weight. Easy install (no tools or materials required). The basic setting (all the way to the right) is our default, and we don't use the others too often. But the 6 settings cover all the things you would want, from trickle to pulsating blasts. Great pressure, wide coverage, quiet. Hose is a simple design, and shorter than most other hoses, but that's what we wanted. Very satisfied, great value.

Just get one of these. It works great.
I kept buying different shower heads trying to get high, consistent flow with some pattern adjust-ability. i had been focused on show heads that had rubber nozzles because they were easier to clean and didn't hold scale deposits. Most worked at first but soon began to sprayed sideways or produce a fine, random mist. Finally I decided to try the old-school "Shower Massage by Teledyne/Waterpick" and instantly realized I had been wasting my time. This thing is fantastic! The spray is very even with plenty of water coming out without me having to, ahem, make any modifications. Don't waste your time with anything else. Just get one of these. Highly recommended.

Great pressure and easy to install!
I purchased this shower head in order to replace the one that came with my apartment. It was clearly old and had little to no pressure. I also like having a detachable hand held shower head for better coverage of the harder to reach areas. This shower head has fit all of my needs and exceeded my expectations. I removed the pressure regulator and man does this thing push out water. For those of you looking to get this for some of its special settings that, I have read, can provide some... fun. I suggest keeping that pressure regulator in there. I am a guy and I turn down the water when I get anywhere south of the boarder. But you might be all for it a bit more flow.Build Quality:I think it is perfect. Since I don't own my place I actually prefer that the connections are plastic. I don't have to worry about stripping or cross threading anything I don't own. It holds the water no problem and I don't have a single leak. Plastic has come a long way and is plenty strong enough for a shower.Settings:I use the wide spray unless I am filthy I will use the narrow cone. Personally not a fan of the massage settings on any shower head.Install:Just need a big enough spanner or adjustable wrench and some teflon tape(VERY IMPORTANT). Always teflon tape the fittings. It will prevent leaks so you only have to do this install once. I put teflon tape everything including the plastic to plastic connections.You also might need a screw driver to remove the filter and restrictor/regulator
