I got the "Beige" model and it's absolutely stunning! It's Gold! Shiny metalic gold! And the seat and seat back are brown pleather (or leather? I'm not sure), unlike in the photo where it shows the seat back as black. The colors are of the frame are Gold/Silver/Black, and the colors of the material are Brown/Black.I'm only 42 years old so I wanted a walker that was stylish as well as functional and this is perfect for me. This isn't a walker for someone who needs a lot of support since it's so lightweight, and it's not for someone who is significantly overweight, it's for someone who needs a bit of support but who is otherwise active. The seat is high up which makes it great for getting up and down easily but it might be too high for a short person, (I'm 5'9", someone who is 5'1" or smaller would probably have trouble).The bag is very nice too. I'm not going to connect it to the walker because I don't like the way that looks (just in general, not specific to this model), but I'm going to keep the bag and use it for overnight trips because it's a great little bag.What's nice about Trust Care is that they're a real company, not something from a factory in China that is White Label and/or Drop Shipped. If there's a problem you can contact them. I'm going to buy some pleather/leather conditioner and use it regularly to keep the seat looking nice!I'm so excited to take this out on the town, I feel like the Belle of the Ball!

I am a 5Ft tall female and this is too big for my height. Front wheels are 10" too big although I love the fender on the rear tires. Since I am short the height of the seat is too high and I believe it is not adjustable. The handles are too high too even though it was the lowest I can adjust. I think I will go for the other kind of rollator sold by Acre.

I have had this rollator since late 2022. Since then I have had many problems with it.1. The seat back connector broke which is a big safety issue.2. Brake adjustment is difficult.3. Seat needed replacing due to wear on soft parts in contact with the supports4. Screw height adjustments on handles are failing.There other wear related items also. It was a very expensive rollator which should indicate quality. I am very disappointed because the useful life of this item is in question in comparison to many other brands available. On the plus side, customer service has been acceptable in that they replaced the seat, back piece, attachments, and handle screws fairly quickly with no cost. Many of these things are again a problem. However, none of this should have been necessary. Prior to purchasing this rollator I used a borrowed rollator in a much less expensive brand for several years with no issues. In addition to this I ordered the cane holder accessory which was designed very badly and did not hold the cane in a good position. The carry bag I ordered was very hard to load the rollator into.I would advise shoppers to be wary of this rollator.

I ordered the indoor version with the tray recently and really liked it so decided to get this for outdoors. I nearly cried with joy getting it out of the box because it is so well designed and lightweight. I think I will be able to easily fold it and get it in and out of my car by myself. I can't wait to tool around town with this jazzy little number. I can lock the brakes and sit if I get tired, plus the detachable bag is fantastic. It is going to make life better!

This walker helped me be more mobile and feel secure. It’s built well and looks good as well. Couldn’t recommend it more.

lightweight, works very well on rough terrain - which was the most important thing.BUT, I absolutely HATE the adjustment on the height. Finding the groove vs. a hole is DIFFICULT. And, if not perfect (and maybe even if perfect), they loosen too easily. Brakes work well.I'm not thrilled with the basket because it's more like a purse. The opening requires some effort to remove and zip but it's actually very nice without it so vision on walking is much easier.It's super cool looking. We got the red and it is RED. I think maybe the gold would be as visible and a little less intense. Red disappears at night but not walking at night.I've used and recommended many walkers and this one performs extremely well on rough terrain. Since that was the top priority, I'm happy with it for my client.
