Also great to add to tartar sauce, guacamole, pork chops, and anything that you might use Heinz 57 sauce on. Amazing on burgers, too. It's thick and spicy, but not too spicy. I am sort of immune to heat, but most people I know love this at first taste. The friends that have tried this brought it home from Mexico, but now you can just get it on Amazon, woohoo! If you like spicy foods at all, you need this. You will find many uses for it. But, I cannot eat eggs without it now.
