Great built quality, if you are looking for similar light and do not want to pay high prices for brand like Philips and yet  you want to get something of high quality, this is the one.I risked it as it was my first time buying from this brand, but I am super happy with the result. The product does all that a high end brand would do. worth the price with  great performanceThe lamp can be super bright at its highest brightness level whic is a plus

Lamps create a great ambience (have 6 installed across the living room) but the software is a pain - doesnt save exact coloring settings so need to manually adjust every night.

After using 6months. The led flickers & not working now. Need support if Besty Home can fix d issue for me.

I love how it has different tones

the only comment is the outer tube has a gap that annoys me. However you can just remove which light is nicer without.

I bought three, 2 of them are working fine and were connected easily to my google home. However, I couldn’t connect the last one! It appeared to be an old model (even the plug is different) and it does not stand properly! Waiting for a replacement

The lamp is nice, aesthetically corresponding to website description. Dimmable function is not as described: there are only very few level of light intensity and color.Lamp does not respond easily to the remote control, hence it is difficult to use, also because there is no instruction booklet with it.Good value for the cheap price btw.
