Nice in case they drool so they aren't laying in ...
Got this mat with our Zinger 4500. It's a tough mat. Nice in case they drool so they aren't laying in wet while you are gone. And, also in case the kennel is on top of a cold floor it helps insulate them from the cold. It doesn't appear as if he can get it to peel up so he could chew it or anything. We do use a fluffy blanket over top as laying or standing right on it for more than a few minutes would be uncomfortable. Giving it a 4 for that reason. A nice blankey though and it's fine.
