The chain is the perfect size for her and mysef
I purchased this for my 10 year old daughter. She has been having problems concentrating and staying on task in school and simply applying essential oils in the mornings and at night were not enough. She has worn it to school twice so far and each day her behavior has been improving. The chain is the perfect size for her and mysef. No need to unclasp it to put on or take off. It easily fits around our heads. The necklace and pendant both seem to be made of an inexpensive material, but the quality seems durable. The chain is thick, so I hope it can withstand a 10 year old wearing it daily. The little sponges fit perfectly inside the charm.
