Bought 2 of these onesies as Christmas gifts - 1 for my daughter (S) and 1 for me (L-XL). Daughter is 5'3", 105 lbs and I am 5' and 160 lbs. I chose to size up to L-XL for me as I usually need more room in the bust/chest. When I tried on my onesie I found that it was not only extra long in the body and legs but also extremely roomy. I tried on my daughter's Small and I couldn't believe that it actually fit me with just enough extra room for comfort. :D Needless to say, I'll be exchanging my onesie for a Small. If you're trying to determine what size to purchase, I would suggest following the strategy of sizing by height - S for short, M for average height and L-XL for tall. Other than the sizing, we loved the design and feel of the material. The onesie is REALLY warm to wear, so if u live in colder areas then this will be a very cozy PJ to wear. :D
