This is the third Balt Genius stand I've received..and the third one that I've had to return. Each time, the packaging has been destroyed to the point that pieces of the cart are hanging out of the box upon delivery. The upright arms are bent. There are dents in the stand. On the last order, the casters were missing. The design of the stand is good, but Balt/Mooreco's quality control is absolutely abysmal. This is, no doubt, one of the most poorly manufactured items I've ever received.

I have ordered two of these for my company. Both of these are missing the short brackets. This last one had a damaged box and I think they fell out.

The board works as advertised. The board mounting base is a little low, like knee high. I actually reversed the direction which raised it another 10 inches. I have a big board so that worked fine. If you have a smaller board I think it would be too low for convenient use. It rolls nicely and seems sturdy. I'm pleased with it overall

Wrong sized....my mistake....STUDY THESE STANDS CLOSELY.....AS THEY ARE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT SIZED BOARDS THEY CAN TAKE.
